Remedial Massage is used to address individual areas of pain, stress and/or injury. By applying specific techniques including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage the tightness and inflammation in particularly painful areas can be reduced allowing an increase in blood flow which improves circulation and healing. Remedial Massage is $95 for 1 hour, $135 for 90 minutes , $80 for 45 minutes and $65 for 30 minutes.
Esoteric Healing and Esoteric Massage are two gentle modalities that allow complete relaxation and re-connection with the self. Esoteric Healing is a hands on technique that can be applied fully clothed . Esoteric Massage is an extremely gentle massage technique that allows the body to unwind and relax. The two techniques can be combined in one session for a deeply relaxing experience. Esoteric Modalities are $95 for 60 minutes.
The goal of a Relaxation/Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. Relaxation Massage is $95 for 1 hour, $135 for 90 minutes, $80 for 45 minutes and $65 for 30 minutes.
