Remedial Massage
• Remedial Massage is a firmer massage used to address specific issues and injuries in the muscles. • By applying specific techniques including heat, trigger point therapy, cupping and dry needling , the tightness and inflammation in particularly painful areas can be reduced allowing an increase in blood flow which improves circulation and healing. • Neuromuscular Dry Needling and cupping can be a very effective additions to remedial massage that contributes to gently reducing trigger points and reducing pain .
Neuromuscular Dry Needling
• This clinical needling approach is effective for treating trigger points, loosening tight muscles, reducing pain and inflammation and restoring movement. • Neuromuscular Dry Needling can be very effective for gently reducing trigger points and reducing pain . It is a fantastic addition to remedial massage. • Dry needling can be applied as a single therapy or incorporated with massage.
Relaxation/Swedish Massage
• The goal of a Relaxation/Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. • Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. • Swedish Massage will leave you refreshed relaxed and revitalised.
Esoteric Healing & Massage
• Esoteric Healing and Esoteric Massage are two gentle modalities that allow complete relaxation and re-connection with the self • Esoteric Healing is a hands on energy healing technique that is applied through clothing. • Esoteric Massage is a gentle massage technique guaranteed to relax and restore. • The two techniques can be combined in one session for a deeply relaxing experience.
Senior Massage
• This massage is specifically tailored for Senior clientele. As we age there are many factors that need to be taken into consideration with massage. • Skin can thin and muscle tone lessens. • Joints can be challenged with arthritis and other inflammatory issues. • Bones can become porous and fragile. • Heath conditions and medications need to be considered. • Length of treatment time tolerance can vary. • Senior Massage focuses on these requirements and considers the best approach for each individual.

Remedial Massage
Massage directed specifically toward injury or rehabilitation: May include deep tissue, TPT, cross fibre work, cupping, dry needling, taping
Enough time to address a specific area.
Allows more time to fully focus on a specific area and a bit more.
A good all around session time.
An excellent amount of time to address the whole body.

Swedish Massage
A more gentle relaxing massage session aimed at reducing tension and stress.
Great for a quick relaxation of neck and shoulders.
An adequate amount of time to relax back, shoulders and neck.
A good opportunity to experience a full body relaxation massage.
A pampering option to fully relax the body and mind. Includes head and facial massage.
Esoteric Healing and Massage
Healing and Massage can be combined in a single session. Can also include facial release massage.
A lovely opportunity to take a short time out and recharge with a back and shoulder healing and/or massage.
A great session which can include an arm or facial massage.
This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect and rebalance with an hour of healing and/or massage that can include an arm massage and a facial release massage.
A pampering healing and massage option to fully relax the body and mind. This session includes arm massage, head massage and facial release massage.
Please note that I do not do full sessions of Deep Tissue Massage. I include Deep Tissue technique in Remedial Massage, when necessary.
